The Customer Experience Banker role offers a welcoming environment where you can help customers achieve their financial goals while being part of a supportive team.

In Short

  • Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers.
  • Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
  • Identify opportunities for customer relationship growth.
  • Adhere to operational, security, and regulatory policies.
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales and relationship management.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in a disciplined sales process.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the bank to deepen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or military service.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 year or more in banking or retail sales preferred.
  • Cash handling skills required.
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
