Overview

The Asset Based Lending (ABL) Relationship Manager is responsible for servicing loans, reviewing clients’ financial status, and analyzing collateral to ensure proper management of complex deals.

In Short

  • Manage complex asset-based lending transactions.

  • Evaluate existing client transactions to determine credit viability.
  • Perform independent analysis of financial data and collateral trends.
  • Develop relationships with borrowers and agent banks.

  • Identify credit issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party consultants and appraisal firms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collateral reporting.
  • Participate in cross-selling bank products to enhance client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in Asset Based Lending.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with credit monitoring and risk assessment.
  • Proficient in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and economic conditions.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
