In Short

  • Respond to guest and landlord inquiries via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
  • Guide guests through reservation, check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with a calm and solution-driven approach.
  • Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with operations and tech teams to enhance user experience.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen relationships with guests and landlords.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or tech-enabled platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using PMS, CRM, or other digital support tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
