Nonprofit Board Director - Strategic Leadership & Philanthropy - Remote

Overview

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking accomplished corporate leaders, philanthropists, and nonprofit executives to join its Board of Directors. As a Philanthropic Board Member, you will provide governance, financial oversight, and strategic direction to an organization committed to expanding access to education, mentorship, and professional development for refugees, displaced individuals, and underserved communities—especially women and girls.

In Short

• Volunteer commitment of 5–10 hours per quarter.
• Fundraising expectation of $50,000–$100,000 annually.
• Provide governance and strategic direction.
• Engage with corporate sponsors and philanthropic foundations.
• Support TEEI’s mission to expand educational access.
• Serve on at least one board committee.
• Attend quarterly board meetings (virtual or in-person).
• Advocate for education and workforce development.
