Overview

The E.W. Scripps Company and Scripps Sports is seeking a Sales Support and Ad Ops Specialist to provide support required to process and execute sales advertising campaigns.

In Short

• Provide support for sales advertising campaigns execution.
• Liaise with various teams to ensure order execution.
• Build and maintain sales proposals and reports.
• Analyze sales performance and provide client insights.
• Assist with inventory management and sales operations.
• Communicate with clients and agencies regarding advertising needs.
• Attend sales planning and training meetings.
• Resolve billing errors and adjustments swiftly.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience managing Sports Ad inventory preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Aptitude for generating reports and presentations.
• Ability to work with numbers related to advertising rate packages.
