Community Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Community Analysts are the frontline of support for DNC Tech data and tech products, offering strategic support to members of the Democratic data ecosystem including state parties, sister committees, and campaigns.

In Short

• Provide best in class user support for DNC Tech tools and products.
• Manage and mentor Community Analysts.
• Partner with product team on training and rollout of new features.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of tech products.
• Build relationships with state party data staff.
• Gather user feedback and facilitate a feedback loop.

Requirements

• Experience in a political campaign or state party.
• Experience in an externally-facing role.
• Experience using VoteBuilder and other organizing tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL or similar data analysis language.
• A desire to support the Democratic Party.
