Community of Practice Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Community of Practice Analyst will ensure the effective operations of the Food and Agricultural Commodity Systems (FACS) Community, guiding key processes and managing the digital platform.

In Short

• Manage the FACS Community Digital Platform and Community Data Analysis.
• Coordinate FACS Community Learning Events and Operations.
• Facilitate knowledge and capacity building, knowledge sharing and advocacy.
• Oversee event logistics and provide technical support.
• Gather and analyze community data for reporting purposes.
• Assist community members in setting up profiles and navigating the platform.
• Maintain the FACS Community membership database.
• Organize training and workshops involving various stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication within the community.
• Perform administrative tasks to support community operations.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Proven work experience in managing online platforms.
• Experience with digital tools and software for communication and collaboration.
• Experience in data collection and analysis.
• Experience organizing and supporting events and workshops.
• Fluency in English; other UN languages are an asset.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in community-related projects is preferred.
• Experience at the UN or similar organizations is advantageous.
