International Consultant – Midwifery Competency Assessment - Remote

Overview

The International Consultant will develop evidence-based recommendations to strengthen Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) competencies within the national midwifery competency model, working collaboratively with the UNFPA.

In Short

• Lead consultant for midwifery education.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in midwifery, nursing, medicine, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in midwifery education.
• Experience in curriculum development and competency-based education.
• Knowledge of international standards (WHO, ICM).
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian required.
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills.
