Overview

As a Client Success Agent at The Credit Pros, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth while working remotely.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Use TCP’s tools such as Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu.
  • Escalate issues to relevant departments as needed.
  • Log and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate and provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
  • Achieve KPIs for client-facing time and call quality.
  • Address billing inquiries and payment plans.
  • Clarify charges and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies.
