Overview

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the strategic direction of all global Human Resource Functions including performance management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement and recognition and compliance.

  • Responsible for translating business plans into HR-specific action plans.
  • Manage the budget and financial measures of the HR Department.
  • Develop long-term and short-term HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead a global HR team, fostering a strong and motivated environment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits programs to motivate performance.
  • Work with senior leadership to build a high performing culture.
  • Oversee employee relations and support managers in resolving issues.
  • Implement HR policies and maintain HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Administer total rewards strategy and structure.

Requirements

  • Remote full-time availability, Eastern Time zone.
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) required.
  • Experience in B2C technology or services industry preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading small to mid-sized HR teams.
  • Ability to manage remote teams across time zones.
  • Strong planning and execution skills for complex HR initiatives.
  • Experience in compliance, leadership development, and performance management.
