Overview

The Director of Human Resources at Fox TV Stations will be a key member of the Executive team, responsible for managing employee relations and HR initiatives for the Los Angeles stations.

• Lead HR functions for Fox Owned and Operated stations in Los Angeles.
• Manage employee relations and employment programs.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Administer FMLA and worker's compensation.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with Station management and Corporate HR.
• Requires 5 years of HR Management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• Experience with multiple unions is a plus.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
