As the Director of Human Resources at BD, you will lead organizational effectiveness and development initiatives, partner with client leaders, and drive change to improve employee engagement and organizational capabilities.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of HR experience in complex environments.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Professional of Human Resources (CHRL) Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage change proactively.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Agility in responding to business needs.
