Overview

As a Customer Support agent at Gopuff, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional customer service across the UK, helping to expand our services and improve customer experiences.

In Short

• Answer tickets across email and live chat.
• Provide live support to our stores across the UK.
• Help build processes and systems as we scale.
• Deliver exceptional customer support using our CRM platform Kustomer and UJET.
• Embody Gopuff’s tone of voice while resolving customer issues.
• Work weekends and in shift patterns.

Requirements

• Fully flexible and available evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience with customer service platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially in complaint resolution.
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Speaking a second language is a plus!
• Ability to work remotely within the UK.
