Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a Product & Services Quality Manager to join the 737 North Line Team, focusing on quality improvements and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership and quality management.
  • Proven track record of leading global teams.
  • Experience with quality investigations and MRB processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and team-building skills.
  • Self-starter with job-related solution implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience with the One Boeing Production System (BPS) is preferred.
  • Must be able to work any shift.
