From defining product roadmaps to coordinating launches with marketing, sales, and delivery, you’ll be responsible for driving innovation and performance across the full service lifecycle. • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for service-based products in line with business goals.

• Track service performance and recommend improvements based on customer adoption and satisfaction metrics.
