In Short

• Increase the employment rate of TripleTen students and graduates.
• Build and enhance the career support infrastructure for students.
• Analyze and optimize the user journey (CJM) to improve career outcomes.
• Develop hypotheses and run experiments to enhance career support services.
• Work with analytics to set up dashboards in collaboration with the product analytics team.
• Test new career support formats to identify the most effective solutions.
• Conduct research on competitors and user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on the EdTech sector.
• Bonus points if you have experience with HR products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Experience in user research and experimentation.
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for testing new ideas.
• Passion for education and awareness of the latest industry trends are highly valued.
