The Boeing Company is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join their Decorative/Component Paint Team in North Charleston, South Carolina, supporting site operations with a focus on aircraft inspection and process improvement.

In Short

• Work on an Alternate Work Week (AWW) schedule from Friday to Sunday.
• Perform tasks related to aircraft inspection and production control.
• Engage with teams to drive improvements and document discrepancies.
• Conduct product reviews and manage non-conformance resolutions.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify risks and support training.
• Document inspection results and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use various inspection tools and maintain safety certifications.
• Collaborate with support organizations to mitigate performance risks.
• Support customer item defect management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in analytical and problem-solving roles.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Willingness to work any shift based on operational needs.
• Experience with production applications preferred.
• Proficiency in NCR and EPD generation.
• Ability to maintain fall protection gear and safety equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and climbing.
• Experience in paint inspection and repair of various materials.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
