  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to safety and detail.
  • Experience with military and FAA aviation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
