Overview

The KC-46 Product & Services Quality Manager at Boeing is responsible for managing product and service quality, ensuring compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, and leading a team in a dynamic environment.

• Manage employees ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute business plans and quality strategies.
• Provide education and coaching on the Quality System.
• Lead process improvements and resource management.

• Work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Security clearance is required.
• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in the aircraft industry.
• Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to lead and influence within a Quality organization.
• Willingness to work variable shifts.
• Ability to obtain a Security clearance.
• Preferred: Current secret clearance and Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Materials Review Board activities is a plus.
