  • Knowledge of trends in education and digital learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS/LXP technologies.
  • Ability to influence without direct control.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure and system performance optimization.
