The Senior Compensation and Equity Operations Specialist at Boeing will support the administration and operational execution of compensation and equity programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Support the delivery of equity and compensation plans.
• Manage operational processes for compensation/equity programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits processes.
• 5+ years in stock and/or equity plan administration.
• 5+ years of critical business and financial acumen.
• 3+ years planning and scoping financial audits.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years managing complex projects preferred.
• Experience with Workday HR Management System.
• Experience in cross-functional teaming environments.
• Experience with organizational integration and change management.
