The Block is seeking a passionate Sponsorship Sales Representative to join its revenue organization, focusing on closing media partnerships and sponsorships within the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.

In Short

Own a pipeline of mid-market sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
Prospect, pitch, and close deals across various media formats.
Build strong relationships with marketing leaders and brand managers.
Collaborate with Media, Research, and Events teams for sponsorship solutions.
Meet and exceed sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Stay updated on crypto market trends and marketing budget shifts.

Requirements

2–5 years experience in media, advertising, or sponsorship sales.
Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
Track record of building pipelines and closing sponsorship deals ($10K–$100K).
Strong client relationship skills and a hunter mentality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bonus: Experience selling across multiple media formats.
