In Short

• Responsible for selling sponsorships and attendee passes for live events.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Reach out to prospective attendees via LinkedIn, phone, or email.
• Pitch and close sponsorship opportunities and ensure audience attendance.
• Generate leads for live event registrations.
• Conduct ongoing research to advance industry knowledge.
• Maintain records of leads and client interactions in CRM.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate professionalism for client retention.
• Occasional travel to conferences may be required.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, sponsorships, and/or events.
• Experience selling intangible services.
• Advanced English writing and speaking skills required.
• Knowledge of service sales.
• Sales experience within the hotel and hospitality industry preferred.
• Self-driven and able to function individually and in a group.
• Willingness to travel for conferences.
• Professional communication skills to effectively pitch to C-level executives.
• Self-motivated with a competitive personality.
