Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-2+ years of HR experience or relevant internship.
• Demonstrated integrity and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of HR areas and interest in employment laws.
• Ability to learn coaching and support skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• SHRM or PHR certification a plus.
