Overview

The Technical Consultant will assist customers in leveraging the Atlassian product suite to deliver value to their organizations, focusing on ITSM and PPM solutions.

Requirements

• Proficient in German and English.
• Experience in technical consulting or software development.
• Ability to present solutions to clients.
• Strong writing skills for technical reports.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies.

• Experience with web integration and scripting is a plus.
