  • Manage all aspects of the Customer Success cycle for key accounts.
  • Ensure customer adoption and health in line with retention revenue goals.
  • Develop success plans to achieve customer goals.
  • Analyze customer data to drive ROI on Thanx.
  • Provide technical and business solutions on the Thanx platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Own project management and onboarding strategies.
  • Identify customer pain points for product feedback.
  • Exceed merchant expectations and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of software/B2B customer success management experience.
  • Understanding of startup environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Catalyst, Front, and Notion.
