Overview

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a field-based medical expert representing TerSera Therapeutics, engaging with Healthcare Providers to enhance understanding of the company's products and improve patient outcomes.

In Short

• Engage in scientific exchange with Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
• Gather feedback to inform medical strategy and product development.
• Provide training and mentorship to new MSL colleagues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Attend and report findings from medical conferences.
• Respond to medical information requests from HCPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects.
• Support the development of medical affairs strategies.
• Travel 60-80% of the time.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO or DNP).
• Minimum three years of Oncology MSL experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific data.
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (PhRMA, OIG).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
