Overview

The Rare Disease Specialist is responsible for representing TerSera products in hospital accounts and targeted clinics. They will be responsible for effectively presenting clinical information and gaining interest from HCPs (physicians, nurses, PA, and NP). They must also appropriately support national and regional account implementation within their geography as needed. The Rare Disease Specialist will have a clear understanding of the account and clinic strategy and will provide progress updates to management and field team on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated self-starter with high self-motivation.
  • Proven successful track record of high performance.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sales territories.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience managing complex reimbursement issues preferred.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of work time.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no violations.
