  • Owning, crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for TerraPay.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with fintechs and financial institutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive innovation.
  • Attending tradeshows and sourcing leads while providing detailed reports.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting using CRM tools.
  • Providing actionable insights and feedback for strategic adjustments.
  • Ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
  • Strengthening communication between customers and TerraPay’s back-office services.
