Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at TENEX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their security goals and derive maximum value from our platform and services.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they fully leverage TENEX’s MDR platform.
  • Own the customer relationship post-sale, driving engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Security Operations teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Track and analyze customer usage data.
  • Facilitate contract renewals.
  • Travel as needed (10-15%) to meet with key customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSM are a plus.
