Lead Test Engineer (QA) - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Test Engineer at Tenchi, you will establish and grow our testing area, combining hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities to ensure software quality at scale.

In Short

• Define the testing strategy, frameworks, and processes from the ground up.
• Perform and lead manual UI testing across various browsers/devices.
• Develop automated end-to-end tests using TypeScript frameworks like Cypress and Playwright.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test cases, suites, and regression packs.
• Establish standards for bug reporting and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and methodologies for testing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to future QA/test engineers.
