Lead Test Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Test Engineer at DTCC, you will be responsible for ensuring that all applications and systems meet defined quality standards while working on innovative projects with a supportive team.

In Short

• Lead Test Engineering teams and develop test plans.
• Conduct system integration testing, including automation.
• Translate business and functional requirements into results.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Application Development, and DevOps.
• Track test execution milestones and report issues.
• Construct end-to-end business scenarios.
• Responsible for Delivery Pipeline adoption.
• Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products being delivered.
• Ensure process compliance and documentation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software solutions and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in automation at all software layers.
• Strong Java/Selenium development skills.
• Experience with API testing and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
