Overview

The Lead Test Engineer is responsible for independently leading Test Engineering teams, developing test plans, and implementing those plans against the corresponding test procedures.

In Short

Lead Test Engineering teams and develop test plans.
Accountable for the development, release, and maintenance of test procedures.
Responsible for system integration testing, including automation.
Review requirements and design artifacts, developing test cases.
Lead and advise on test automation strategies.
Develop next generation Test Engineering Automation solutions.
Define and maintain tools and Automation Frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Management and technical teams.
Responsible for Project Coordination and Technical Management tasks.
Mentor junior Test engineers.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience with automated testing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle.
Proficient in automation at all software layers.
Java/Selenium development skills.
Experience with testing modern scripting languages.
Expertise in frontend and backend test automation.
Experience with JIRA, Microfocus ALM, and Jenkins.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
