Lead Test Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Test Engineer at DTCC will be responsible for leading Test Engineering teams, developing test plans, and ensuring that all applications and systems meet defined quality standards.

• Lead Test Engineering teams and develop test plans.
• Responsible for system integration testing, including automation.

• Advise on test automation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Application Development, and DevOps teams.
• Track test execution milestones and report on issues.
• Construct end-to-end business scenarios.
• Ensure process compliance and documentation.
• Mentor junior test engineers.
• Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering software solutions with automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of software implementation lifecycle.
• Proficient in automation at all software layers.
• Experience with Test Engineering methodologies.
• Strong Java/Selenium development skills.
• Experience with SQL and modern scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Unix, Python, and AWS experience is a plus.
