Overview

The Tech Support Engineer will provide support for Tenable’s product suite, helping customers manage cyber risk through effective vulnerability management and compliance auditing.

  • Provide support for Tenable’s product suite including Nessus and Tenable.io.

  • Analyze vulnerability scan results and system audits.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Must be located in São Paulo, Brazil area.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of networking and system configuration.
  • Previous experience in customer support or network security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
