  • Responsible for leading a Regional Sales Team and exceeding sales goals.

  • Frequent travel (~50%) throughout the territory.

Requirements

  • Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry.
  • Experience selling Oncology based tests and services.
  • Experience within complex selling environments.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing talent.
  • Ability to prioritize and align organizational goals.
  • Ability to engage in a consultative selling process.
  • Comfortable selling at the executive level.
  • Knowledge of the payor and reimbursement environment.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
