In Short

• Take end-to-end ownership of new features.
• Design and build Temporal SDKs.
• Tightly integrate Temporal SDKs with their respective languages.
• Maintain and improve the Temporal CLI.
• Work directly with the community to debug issues.
• Write technical documentation for Temporal concepts and APIs.
• Support customers in need of SDK engineering expertise.
• Travel to meet coworkers once or twice a year.
• Attend developer conferences (optional).

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with concurrent programming.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Experience designing APIs and writing documentation.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Deep sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive work management.
