Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with impact at venture-backed startups.
• Portfolio showcasing world-class design on complex software applications.
• Design Engineer mindset thriving at the intersection of UI, UX, and code.
• Proficiency in Figma and adaptability to the Tempo environment.
• Clear communication skills with English C1 or better.
• Active design community presence with social influence.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, CSS, JavaScript).
