BCBA - Telehealth Position - Remote

Overview

This position allows BCBAs to manage their caseload effectively while promoting the best clinical outcomes and a healthy work/life balance through a telehealth platform.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise and support RBTs in implementing treatment plans.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Help staff understand key features for quality care.
• Communicate with the team on billing and insurance requirements.
