• Conduct Telehealth visits and provide proactive healthcare guidance.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board-certified as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace.
