Overview

The Finance Manager at Calico AI will lead financial operations, reporting, and planning across the global structure, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency in U.S. revenue operations.

• Lead FP&A function including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build financial models for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance or FP&A roles.
• Experience with U.S.-based revenue operations.
• Ability to implement automation across finance tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and tax management.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Highly organized and motivated by building scalable systems.
• CPA, CFA, or relevant accounting designation preferred.
