Assessor Reviewer RN - Oklahoma (Remote Work)

Overview

This position is responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments of members who may need skilled nurse assessment services, providing recommendations based on their healthcare needs.

In Short

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments of individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create or validate treatment plans.
• Document assessment results and negotiate service plans as needed.
• Complete quality assurance competency reviews and training for new assessors.
• Provide ongoing education and communication with healthcare providers.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Four-year nursing degree with at least three years of nursing experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex health needs.
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Colorado or a compact nursing license preferred.
• Bilingual or Spanish speaking preferred.
