Overview

As a Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding, you will lead a team focused on ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction while developing efficient onboarding processes for mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Tailor onboarding experiences based on client needs.
  • Establish communication and project management protocols.
  • Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding.
  • Manage customer expectations and address issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • 5+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
