In Short

  • Partner with the sales team to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies.
  • Generate qualified leads through target account selling and outbound cold calling.
  • Serve as a liaison for potential customers during their buying journey.
  • Build and refine lead information in a CRM.
  • Provide useful details to the sales team for tailored demos.
  • Ensure exceptional service for all potential customers.
  • Help coach and train new Sales Development Representatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Sales and/or SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM processes (HubSpot preferred).
  • Interest in startups, sales, and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Genuine approach to helping customers.
  • Desire to grow in Sales.
  • Ability to succeed in a sales quota environment.
  • Preferred candidates in the eastern or central time zone.
