Overview

As a Customer Training Manager (Instructor) at Tekmetric, you will lead and guide group learning sessions, transferring knowledge and skills to participants while encouraging engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role (SaaS preferred).
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a problem-solver mentality.
  • Understand basic financial and accounting concepts.
  • Strong empathy for customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
  • Aptitude for building rapport with team members and customers.
