TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager for one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world.

In Short

• Research, identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the crypto space.
• Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and report on the performance of KOLs and affiliates.
• Drive more quality KOLs and affiliates to work with Bitmart.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze OKRs to measure marketing success.
• Regularly update and manage content across marketing channels.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or marketing.
• Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 space.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report on performance.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
