Overview

TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager for one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world.

In Short

Research, identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the crypto space.
Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to enhance brand visibility.
Develop and implement strategies for effective marketing campaigns.
Analyze and report on the performance of KOLs and affiliates.
Drive more quality KOLs and affiliates to work with Bitmart.
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze OKRs to measure marketing success.
Regularly update and manage content across marketing channels.

Requirements

Experience in business development or marketing.
Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 space.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and report on performance.
Fluency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
