Overview

We are looking for a hands-on experienced payment operations risk analyst for a brand new high growth FinTech SaaS team to solve real-world problems for healthcare providers around the country.

In Short

• Contribute and support merchant onboarding and underwriting.
• Ongoing fraud monitoring and chargeback workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies.
• Prevent payment fraud for customers and the company.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data.
• Review and process customer profile changes.
• Daily review of chargebacks.
• Monitor payments transactional activities.
• Investigate suspicious payment activities.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in merchant underwriting or fraud prevention.
• Experience with payments industry verification tools.
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information.
• Data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of risk assessment and compliance.
• Knowledge of card brand rules and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
