In Short

• Responsible for recording financial transactions for multiple client companies.
• Posts customer payments and maintains accounts receivable aging report.
• Records vendor invoices and schedules payments.
• Reconciles bank records to general ledger accounts.
• Processes online payroll and records transactions.
• Files sales and property tax as needed.
• Records time spent on client engagements for budgeting and billing.
• Works independently in a remote setting.
• Engages in process improvements and problem-solving.
• Supports multiple clients with various accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Located in Eastern or Central Standard Time Zones.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of accrual basis accounting and payroll requirements.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 suite.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Critical thinker with process improvement capabilities.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities.
