Overview

TealBook is looking for a motivated experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full time, contract basis for parental leave coverage. This contract is for an approximately 7-month period, which includes ~1 month of overlap for training and customer handoff and a 6-month coverage period between October 2025 and April 2026.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years B2B Enterprise SaaS customer success experience required.
  • Procurement and/or Source-To-Pay experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop customer success plans with measurable metrics.
  • Strategic thinker adaptable to changing scopes.
  • Passion for delivering proactive customer value.
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
