  • Join TealBook as a Founding Account Executive focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Drive new logo sales within a targeted list of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive leadership to refine GTM strategy.
  • Own the entire sales cycle and exceed quota.
  • Use ABM tactics and sales tools to generate a high-quality pipeline.
  • Become an expert in procurement challenges and TealBook’s value proposition.
  • Engage stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, and data teams.
  • Leverage executive sponsorship and industry events to close strategic accounts.
  • Provide transparent forecasting and insights into pipeline coverage.
  • Remote-first company with travel required for key meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and landing enterprise accounts.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and securing C-level engagement.
  • Proven ability to independently build and scale pipeline.
  • Deep understanding of procurement challenges and supplier data quality.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries like Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals.
